The AICTE has approved our two-year, full time, residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), the 15-month full time Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGPM) and full-time doctoral programme, Fellowship Programme in Management (FPM).
The NBA has accredited our PGDM programme for five years with effect from July 01, 2016.
AMBA, the UK-based global accreditation agency has accorded accreditation to our two-year, full time, residential Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM); 15-month full-time post graduate programme (PGPM); 18-month modular Post Graduate Executive Management Programme (PGEMP); and the 18-month modular Post Graduate Programme in Family Managed Business (PGPFMB).

Specialised courses at Internaional Partner Schools:
The Global Fast Track (GFT), enables PGDM students to travel to a globally top-ranked B-School, in order to gain cutting-edge inputs in their area of specialisation. The GFT is an intense, three-week course towards the end of the third semester. This enables the students to contribute during their internship and to make an impact.
There is also an opportunity for students to pursue specialised courses in leading foreign B-schools for a full semester (as exchange students).
SPJIMR has developed deep relationships with top international B-Schools where students have undertaken advanced courses. The partner B-schools include (but are not restricted to): Michigan State University (Eli Broad College of Business), Cornell University (Johnson School of Management), Carnegie Mellon University (Tepper School of Business) and schools in Europe and Asia. A larger purpose

PGPM is an AICTE approved programme having a one year full time residential component, preceded by a month off campus web learning component. In aggregate, the programme has a 15 month duration.
As a career accelerator, the programme leverages on the participants’ past experiences and aims to create and nurture value – based future leaders. In addition to honing the existing skill sets and knowledge, this programme also enhances general management perspective and prepares the participants to take on a broader leadership role.
This programme is for professionals with a minimum work experience of five years and seeking an accelerated growth in careers.

SPJIMR’s Post Graduate Management Programme for Women (PGMPW) is an innovative initiative designed to meet the needs of women leaders and managers who are ready to return to their careers after a break.
The PGMPW curriculum is designed to deepen functional knowledge, enhance leadership capabilities and build personal confidence. In doing so, the programme will help open up new opportunities for returning women and at the same time enable corporates build a more gender balanced leadership pipeline.

SPJIMR's FPM programme brings together a unique mix of rigorous methods and practice orientation to research some of the pressing business challenges. The FPM will be hosted at SPJIMR's Mumbai campus, bringing participants the advantages of doing research in a city that is recognised as the business capital of India.
The FPM is a full-time doctoral programme, approved by AICTE, aimed at training students for advanced research and practice in various management disciplines. Participants would be equipped with in-depth analytical and functional skills to succeed both, in industry and academia.
The programme typically would run for four to six years. The first two years will focus on coursework, followed by an original piece of research that will constitute a part of the dissertation. On successful completion of the programme, the student is awarded the title, “Fellow of SPJIMR”.
The programme is intended to be interdisciplinary in nature with the following areas of specialisation: Finance, Accounting & Economics; MIS & Information Management; OrganisationalBehaviour, HR; Strategy; Supply Chain & Operations Management; Marketing Management.

PGEMP is a 21 month post graduate management programme conducted in a modular format. It is specially designed for working executives with more than 5 years work experience, who are unable to take a break from their jobs and attend school full time. PGEMP imparts the knowledge and skills of an Executive MBA programme
PGEMP is tailored specifically for middle-senior management executives and is quite distinct from a full-time or part time MBA

SPJIMR is equipped with residential facilities that strengthen the feeling of belonging and provide students the necessary impetus to a more cohesive learning environment. Besides easy access to library and computer facilities, the recently upgraded hostel facilities include amenities like television, table-tennis tables, water filters and coolers, washing machines and a canteen for snacks.
The library with its vast collection of management literature and electronic resources is a key resource of the Institute. It has a collection of over 23,500 books including the most recent publications in a variety of areas covering, but not limited to, Business, Economics and Management. The SPJIMR library subscribes to a number of periodicals which include scholarly international as well as national journals and business magazines. It has an enriched digital collection of over 8,000 CD-ROMs and DVDs which include audio/video material on the core subjects. The library also maintains an archive of various in-house events, lectures and programmes. It also subscribes to a host of electronic resources through which scholarly & industry relevant information can be accessed.
